Buyers will incur all costs associated with any abandoned vehicle notices, parking violations or citations related to the purchase of the vehicle form the auction. The Thompson Organization and associated dealerships ask for your cooperation in respecting the interests of our customers. Repeat offenders will lose bidding privileges.
There is a $100.00 doc fee associated with each car purchase at the auction.
Bid Hours: Thursdays from 8:30 am-3:30pm (No Bids will be accepted after 4:00 on Sale Day)
Trailer Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; 9:00am-3:00pm (No Saturday Payment or Pick-up of automobiles or titles).
All buyers must be registered with the Thompson Organization and have a current Dealer Lot License on file in order to bid. |Registration Info|
All automobiles must be paid for and removed from the auction lot by the following Tuesday; 3:00pm.
All payments must be made by check or money-order. No cash will be accepted.
All bidders are required to use a dealer plate when test driving cars on public roads and within the lot. (Thompson does not provide plates for use on auction day).
Bidders and automotive organizations will incur any costs associated with damages during operation of bid vehicles or to bid vehicles.
All automobiles are sold "AS IS" without warrants or guarantee of condition. There is NO arbitration, with the exception of title or odometer discrepancies not disclosed on sale day. (i.e. TMU mileage, "reconstructed title").
No keys will be given to transporters or drivers until the vehicle is paid in full.
The buyer or company representative must sign the Buyer's Order at the time of payment.
Note
As a licensed dealer, you are required to ensure that the title is transferred from the previous owners' name when you have sold it retail.
You are also required to apply for a dealer title if you have held this vehicle for resale for more than 6 months.
On Auction Day, please take time to review your BID before you submit it. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Refusal to honor your bid will result in termination of your bidding privileges.
